Latest H1-B Cap Count

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has updated the count of H-1B petitions received and counted towards the 65,000 cap as of May 6, 2010.

As of April 15th, 2011, approximately 7100 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted 5100 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
