On January 12, 2023, United States Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) announced that it will add the option of Premium Processing to the following categories of applications:
January 30-premium processing is available for the following:
- All Pending and New EB1 Green Cards for Multinational Executives and Managers
- All National Interest Waiver Petitions
In March, USCIS will expand Premium Processing for the following: - F1 Students seeking initial Optional Practical Training and F1 students seeking Stem OPT Extensions who have an I765 Work Authorization pending
In April, USCIS, will expand Premium Processing:
- F1 Students seeking initial Optional Practical Training and F1 students seeking Stem OPT Extensions who do not have an I765 Work Authorization pending
