Premium Processing for F1 Students, NIW and EB1 Multinational Managers

January 30-premium processing is available for the following:

  • All Pending and New EB1 Green Cards for Multinational Executives and Managers
  • All National Interest Waiver Petitions

    In March, USCIS will expand Premium Processing for the following:
  • F1 Students seeking initial Optional Practical Training and F1 students seeking Stem OPT Extensions who have an I765 Work Authorization pending

In April, USCIS, will expand Premium Processing:

  • F1 Students seeking initial Optional Practical Training and F1 students seeking Stem OPT Extensions who do not have an I765 Work Authorization pending
